Selective studio course (24 ECTS)

The course consists of lectures, writing of a scientific article and one week with practical building of a small house, with traditional methods.

The students shall get an introduction to traditional Norwegian craftsmanship by theoretical studies and practical building.

Lectures and workshop where the students build a full scale model.

Delivered scientific article and participation.

The course is assessed as pass/fail, subject to the Regulations for Master’s degree programmes at Oslo School of Architecture and Design, § 6-14.
